Viewing Recordings

The File Management module provides a centralized interface for managing meeting recordings, allowing admins to handle access, storage, and cleanup tasks efficiently.

Key Features:

• Recording List View: Displays key information including meeting topic, recording start time, end time, host, file size, and storage usage;
• Online Preview: Click the recording file name to preview the video directly in the browser without downloading;
• Download File: From the preview interface, administrators can download the recording locally with one click;
• Delete File: Remove individual recordings to free up cloud storage;
• Search & Filter: Search by meeting topic or meeting ID to quickly locate the target recording.

Note: Batch deletion is not currently supported; files must be managed one by one.
