VidyVault provides two main methods for joining meetings: via Meeting ID in the client, or via web browser link. Users can choose based on their environment or device.
1、Joining via Meeting ID (Client)
Best for users who have already logged in to the VidyVault client.
Steps:
- Launch the VidyVault client and log in.
- Click the "Join" button on the home screen.
- Enter the Meeting ID provided by the host and click “Join”.
No password is required when joining via the client, as your account has already been authenticated.
2、Joining via Web Browser
Useful for users without the client installed or joining from a shared/public device.
Steps:
- Open the meeting link shared by the host in your browser (e.g., https://meet.vidyvault.com/xxx).
- You will be prompted to choose between:
- Open the client to join (if installed), or
- Continue in the browser (no installation needed)
- If joining via browser, you must enter:
- Your display name
- The meeting password (provided by the host)
Password is required when joining via browser to ensure access control.
