Dashboard Overview

The VidyVault Admin Console dashboard provides a real-time overview of key platform usage metrics, helping administrators monitor user activity, system load, and meeting trends.

The dashboard includes the following three main sections:


1. Platform Metrics Overview

The Platform Metrics Overview section displays the following real-time indicators:

  • Ongoing Meetings: The number of video meetings currently in progress across the platform
  • Participants in Meetings: The total number of participants currently active in ongoing meetings
  • Scheduled (Upcoming) Meetings: The number of meetings that have been scheduled but not yet started

2. Real-time Meeting Trends

This line chart visualizes the number of ongoing meetings over time and is updated hourly:

  • Helps identify peak usage hours and meeting load fluctuations.
  • Supports system monitoring and diagnosis of unusual spikes or traffic.
  • Hover over the graph to see the number of active meetings at specific time points.

3. 7-Day Meeting Statistics

This line chart presents the number of meetings held each day over the past 7 days:

  • Provides insight into usage patterns across weekdays, weekends, or special periods.
  • Helps assess overall meeting volume trends and platform engagement over time.
