Users can access past meeting records through the client, including video recordings, transcripts, meeting summaries, and their personal join/leave history for efficient review and reference.
Accessing Meeting History
- On the home screen, click the “Meetings” tab and switch to the “Past Meetings” section to view all meetings you’ve participated in.
- Meetings are listed in reverse chronological order with details such as meeting topic, time, duration, and host.
Viewable Content
- Basic Meeting Information: For non-recorded meetings, basic information such as meeting time and participant list will be shown.
- Recordings & Files: If the meeting was recorded, you can view playback, transcripts, and meeting summaries. Video playback supports keyword search with timestamp navigation.
- Personal Meeting History: Displays your join and leave timestamps for each meeting, allowing you to track your participation history.
Permissions
- All participants can view and download recordings (if available) for meetings they attended.
- Enterprise administrators can review and manage meeting records through the admin console, including archiving and clearing files when storage is full.
