Role: Organizer / Attendee
You can invite participants to a VidyVault meeting in the following ways:
1、Before the Meeting Starts
- Option 1: In the Scheduled Meetings list:
- Click Invite or More next to the meeting title.
- Then select Copy Invitation Link to share it via email, messaging apps, or internal platforms.
- Option 2: Click the meeting title to view meeting details.
- You can edit the meeting information, including the topic, time, or participant settings.
- The invitation link can also be copied from this page.
2、During the Meeting
- During a live meeting, click the Invite button on the toolbar.
- A window will pop up offering options to:
- Copy Full Invitation – Includes topic, meeting ID, and link.
- Copy Meeting Link Only – For direct sharing.
You can send the link through email, chat apps, or any external tool.
Note: Participants joining via the app don’t need to enter the meeting password after login. Web users must enter the password to join.
