1.How to Access Meeting Summaries
Meeting summaries in VidyVault are automatically associated with recorded meetings. To access them:
- Open the VidyVault client.
- Navigate to the Meeting History section.
- Find the meeting you wish to review. Meetings that had recording enabled will display a Summary entry point.
- Click into the meeting details to view available assets, including the cloud recording, conversation transcript, intelligent summary (optional), and action items.
Note: Only hosts and participants of the meeting have permission to access the meeting summary.
2.How Meeting Summaries Are Generated
When the host initiates recording during the meeting, VidyVault automatically captures the conversation data. After the meeting ends:
- Conversation Records are generated automatically, converting spoken content into a text transcript.
- Intelligent Summaries and Action Items can be manually generated by the user if needed, providing structured insights and task lists based on the meeting discussion.
This hybrid approach ensures maximum flexibility depending on the user's workflow.
3.How to Search and Replay Key Moments
One of VidyVault’s most powerful features is the ability to search through conversation records. Here’s how to do it:
- In the Meeting History, open the specific meeting.
- Navigate to the Conversation Transcript section.
- Use the search bar to enter a keyword related to the topic you want to revisit.
- Upon selecting a search result, VidyVault will automatically jump to the corresponding point in the recorded video, allowing you to instantly replay that part of the meeting.
This feature dramatically reduces the time spent browsing entire recordings and helps teams quickly retrieve important information.
